Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Basti to consider and decide the Criminal Case No. 403 of 2013 (State Vs. Sumit Giri and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 1608 of 2012, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 504, 506, 452 IPC, P.S. Kotwali, District Basti, expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a computer generated copy of this order.
