Submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that the victim herself has lodged the present F.I.R. after a considerable delay of four months, for which there is no justification is coming forward. For the incident said to have taken place on 3.9.2019 an F.I.R. was got registered on 12.01.2020 against the sole named accused-applicant with the allegation that he is a Class-IV employee in Nagar Nigam, Jhansi and has extended promise her to provide accommodation under the policy of Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana. On his assurance, she has developed relationship with the applicant. On 03.9.2019 the applicant has administered beer and thereafter has taken objectional snaps of the victim and started blackmailing her. Not only this, the applicant has outraged her modesty. In the statements recorded u/s 161 and 164 Cr.P.C. of the victim, there is marked deviation in the story narrated by her. The victim is aged about 26 years and is major. It is also borne out from the record that the parties have amicably settled the issue and has filed a settlement dated 25.2.2020 before the SSP, Jhansi, in which she has negated the allegations made by her against the applicant. It is further contended by learned counsel that the victim is habitual to blackmailing the innocent persons and extract money from them. In this regard, learned counsel has drawn attention of the Court to another F.I.R. lodged by one Mukesh Sharma as Case Crime No.171 of 2020 u/s 504, 388 I.P.C. and Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, against Shikha Yadav (the victim) and Kapil Agrawal, in which Shikha Yadav, the alleged victim of present case, adopting the same modus operandi, also extended threats to the informant of Case Crime No.171 of 2020 Mukesh Sharma, to falsely implicate him also
