The only prayer sought by means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application is to direct the local police to conduct the further investigation in pursuance of the order dated 03.12.2019 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoria in Case No. 214 of 2019, under Sections 147, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Rudrapur, District-Deoria, expeditiously.
Under the circumstances, it is expected from the investigating officer to gear up the matter and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible.
With the aforesaid direction, the application is disposed of.
