Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant is assailing the judgment and order dated 16.02.2019 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad.
I have perused the order impugned and I do not find any illegality or perversity in the order. The C.J.M. has only directed the S.H.O., P.S.-Sirsaganj, District-Firozabad to register the F.I.R. and to investigate the matter. Aggrieved by this order the applicant has approached this Court invoking extra ordinary jurisdiction of this Court.
Accordingly, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is a premature and is hereby rejected.
