The petitioner for redressal of his grievance with regard to payment of dues as referred in document as annexure-6 has preferred this petition for writ.
It is submitted that the respondent Chief Development Officer, Fatehpur has not made the payment of dues, though the petitioner has already supplied the plants required.
Having considered all facts of the case, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition for writ by directing the Chief Development Officer, Fatehpur to consider and decide the entire issue with regard to payment of dues to the petitioner expeditiously as far as possible within a period of one month from the date the petitioner presents a certified copy of this order along with a copy of this petition for writ before him.
