This petition has been preferred for the following reliefs:
"1. A writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 27.12.2018 (Annexure no.07 to the petition).
2. A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to release the payment of about Rs.22 lakhs in accordance with law within stipulated time along with interest.
3. Any other writ, order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."
After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner realising that there are certain impediments in getting the matter adjudicated under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail other efficacious alternative remedy including the remedy by way of filing a civil suit.
The writ petition is dismissed with liberty as prayed for.
