This application is preferred to recall the order dated 02.01.2019. Under the order dated 02.01.2019 writ petition was disposed of by keeping the petitioner at liberty to agitate its cause to have compensation, solatium and other benefits as per the provisions applicable by way of submitting representation to the authority competent.
Order though passed in absence of learned counsel for the petitioner but that was an order on merit with regard to interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and as such that is not required to be recalled by keeping the same as order dismissing the petition for writ in default.
In view of it, application seeking restoration is absolutely misconceived and is dismissed.
