Called in revise. None appeared to press the writ petition. In the circumstances, we ourselves have perused the record.
By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought following reliefs:
"i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 04.07.2012 received on 08.07.2012 passed by respondent no. 3/Tax Superintendent Nagar, Nigam, Agra (Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition).
ii. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to mutate the name of petitioner over plot no. E-20 (Nagar Nigam No. 36/215) area 90.13 Meter, Mohalla New Agra, District Agra on the basis of sale deed dated 01.04.2011 within short stipulated period."
Having gone through the entire writ petition, we do not find any ground entitling the petitioner for grant of any of above reliefs. No interference, therefore, is called for.
Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
