Heard Sri Mohammad Khalil, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri S.M. Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 5 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 1, 3 and 4 and perused the record.
By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction for consideration of his representation by the respondent Nagar Palika Parishad, Bulandshahar on the plea that he has been issued with a work order dated 26.3.2019.
From a perusal of the documents of the work order appended as annexure3 to the writ petition, it clearly transpires that it has been issued in favour of the firm. However, the firm is not a party before us. In such view of the matter, if the petitioner claims to be the proprietor, let a better writ petition be filed with better particulars in that regard.
With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is dismissed at this stage.
