Heard Sri Alok Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

Present Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuing a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and make Petitioner's Institution as examination centre for conducting the U.P. Board Examination 2020.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the Petitioner's Institution applied for the examination centre for conducting the High School and Intermediate Examination for the year 2020 and fulfilled all the criteria as laid down in the Government Order dated 16.10.2019, but in the final list published by the respondents, name of the Petitioner's Institution did not find place. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the final list was published on 30.11.2019 and as per Clause 13 of the Government Order dated 16.10.2019, objection was raised by the petitioner within five days i.e. on 13.11.2019 to the District Inspector of Schools Auraiya, respondent no.3 which remained pending since then.

Under these circumstances, direction is issued to the District Inspector of Schools Auraiya, respondent no.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 13.11.2019, appended as Annexure-8 to the Writ Petition as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.

Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
