Heard Shri Sanjeev Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

Present Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the Sub Divisional Officer, Tahsil Dadri, District Gautam Budh Nagar, respondent No.3 to decide the restoration application dated 14.6.2019 in Case No.T-20171127710217628, filed under Section 25(1) of the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") within the stipulated time.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that on 3.5.2019 the order was passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Tahsil Dadri, District Gautam Budh Nagar, respondent No.3 dismissing the application filed under Section 25(1) of the Act in default. Subsequently, restoration application was filed on 14.6.2019, which remained pending till date.

Under these circumstances, direction is issued to the Sub Divisional Officer, Tahsil Dadri, District Gautam Budh Nagar, respondent No.3 to decide the restoration application in case No.T-20171127710217628, under Section 25(1) of the Act as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.

Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
