Heard Shri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.1 & 2.

The petitioners, who claims to the the life member of Sadanand Shiksha Samiti, District Fatehpur, have filed the present Writ Petition challenging the order dated 20.9.2019 passed by the Assistant Registrar, Firms, Societies & Chits, Prayagraj (Allahabad), respondent No.2, whereby Clause 5-A of the byelaws of the Society has been registered by way of amendment.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that Clause 5-A of the bye-laws of the Society provides that no office bearer shall be the relatives of each other. It is further contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that against the said order petitioners filed the objections on 1.10.2019 and 10.10.2019, copy of the same has been appended as Annxure Nos.10 & 11 to the Writ Petition, but no decision has been taken by the District Inspector of Schools till date. It is further contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the list of office bearers, which was accepted by the Assistant Registrar, Firms, Societies & Chits, Prayagraj (Allahabad), respondent No.2, the objection was also filed that the office bearers of the Society are also relatives and the said objection has not yet been decided till date.

Under these circumstances, direction is issued to the Assistant Registrar, Firms, Societies & Chits, Prayagraj (Allahabad), respondent No.2 to look into the matter and pass appropriate order after hearing the affected persons including the office bearers of the Society as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of a month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.

Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
