Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

The writ petition, inter alia, has been filed for following relief :-

"(i) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding, District Magistrate, District Allahabad (Prayagraj) respondent no.2 to consider representation dated 01.04.2019 pending before him (Annexure no.1 to the Writ Petition).

(ii) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the District Magistrate, Fatehpur respondent no.2 to ensure safety of life of petitioner from respondent no.3 and 4 and also ensure eviction of house of petitioner."

After arguing the matter for quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his arguments to the extent that the representation of the petitioner dated 1.4.2019 (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition) pending before respondent no.2 be decided within stipulated time.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before respondent No.2, District Magistrate - Allahabad (Prayagraj), ventilating his grievances within a period of three weeks from the date of a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its entire Annexures and, if any such representation is made, the said authority shall make all endeavour to consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties, expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
