This writ petition, inter alia, has been filed for the following relief:-

"A. Suitable direction, orders or writs including writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impunged resolution dated 25.02.2019 alleged to have been passed by the committee of management of the respondent co-operative society.

B. Suitable direction, order or writs directing the respondents to produce the resolution dated 25.02.2019 alleged to have been passed by the committee of management of the respondent co-operative society before this Hon'ble Court.

C. Suitable direction, orders or writs including writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to consider and decide the complaint dated 04.05.2019 of the petitioner as well as other directors/members of committee of management of the respondent co-operative society within period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

D. Suitable direction, orders or writs including writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent co-operative society not to make any appointment of the staff of the co-operative society during the pendency of the abovementioned complaint dated 04.05.2019 of the petitioner as well as other directors of the respondent co-operative society. "

Heard Sri Vikram D. Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ashok Kumar Lal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Kisan Sewa Sahkari Samiti Ltd., learned Standing Counsel and perused the record.

A perusal of the record shows that in regard to enquiry report, no action has been taken.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No.3, Deputy Registrar and Deputy Commissioner, Co-operative, Hapur, U.P. to take final decision in the matter within a period of two months, in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties.
