This writ petition, inter alia, has been filed for the following relief:-

"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to restrain the respondents from appointing any staff in the cooperative society-respondent and may further be pleased to issue direction to the respondent authorities to consider and decide the complaint dated 02.05.2019 of the petitioners and others members within such time as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, during the pendency of the present writ petition and/or pass such other and further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard Sri Vikram D. Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ashok Kumar Lal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Kisan Sewa Sahkari Samiti Ltd., learned Standing Counsel and perused the record.

A perusal of the record shows that in regard to enquiry report, no action has been taken.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No.3, Deputy Registrar and Deputy Commissioner, Co-operative, Hapur, U.P. to take final decision in the matter within a period of two months, in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties.
