This writ petition has been filed against the order for vacating the government accommodation. An interim order dated 17.12.2008 was passed in this writ petition. At that time, the petitioner was posted as Junior Clerk in the office of the Executive Engineer, Department of Irrigation, Meerut. More than twelve years have passed. It appears that the writ petition has become infructuous by passage of time.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a recall application within 30 days, if according to him cause of action still survives. Interim order, if any granted earlier, is vacated.
