Heard Sri Rakesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Namit Srivastava holding brief of Sri Anadi Krishna Narayana, learned counsel for the respondent bank and the learned standing counsel for the State respondent.
The grievance of the petitioner is that although he has paid the entire amount of loan as settled between the parties, yet the fourth respondent i.e. Bank of Baroda, Branch Dhata, District Fatehpur is not issuing a No Objection Certificate.
Learned counsel for the respondent bank submits that the petitioner has already approached the respondent no. 4 bank which may be directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 4 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within four weeks from the date of submission of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
