This writ petition has been filed against the minor punishment to the petitioner by the impugned order dated 4.10.2007, whereby the petitioner was punished for an amount equivalent to 15 days salary.
I have perused the impugned order and I find that it does not suffer from any manifest error of law. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed.
