Heard Sri Mahendra Pratap, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the State-respondents.
A supplementary affidavit dated 01.12.2019 has been filed today which is taken on record.
This writ petition has been filed praying for the following relief:-
(a) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondents to adjust the petitioner in the Institutions mentioned in para 18 of the writ petition and in the application dated 22.10.2019 (annexure no.8 to the writ petition).
(b) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondents to decide the representation dated 22.10.2019 made by the petitioner (annexure no.8 to the writ petition) .
After arguments were heard at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner wants to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue his grievance with the authorities concerned.
Without expressing any opinion on merits of the claim of the petitioner the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
