By order dated 30.10.2006, the petitioner was posted as Cashier. He was dismissed from service by the impugned order dated 1.10.2008.
Perusal of the impugned order shows that the petitioner was indulged in embezzlement of Rs.5,19000/- from the bank in connivance with other employees, when he was posted as Cashier.
I do not find any good reason to interfere with the impugned order. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed.
