Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the State respondents.
This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 24.4.2008 whereby the petitioner was suspended. In paragraph 6 of the counter affidavit of Sri Brijesh Mishra, District Inspector of Schools, Jaunpur, it has been stated that the petitioner had died in the month of May, 2017, but no substitution application has been filed so far.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed.
