Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
Heard Ms. Shruti Pandey learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vikram Bahadur Yadav learned Standing Counsel.
Learned Standing Counsel states that the embargo operating with respect to the 2013 police recruitment has since been lifted in light of the order passed in Writ-A No. 18442 of 2018. He consequently states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being left open, the candidature of the petitioner shall be duly evaluated in accordance with the process which shall now be initiated in light of the directions issued on that writ petition.
Accordingly and without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
