This petition impugns the order dated 31 August 2018. As is evident from the said order certain persons have been promoted to the post of Seench Paryvekshak and consequent to their promotion, the petitioners who were holding temporary charge on those posts, have been divested of responsibilities.
It is not disputed that the petitioners do not hold any lien on the post of Seench Paryavekshak. The Court therefore finds no justification to entertain the present writ petition or to evaluate the challenge to the promotion of respondent Nos. 5 and 6 at the behest of the petitioners, who admittedly are not qualified for that post.
The writ petition fails and is dismissed.
