By the impugned order dated 26.02.2009, enquiry officer has been appointed to enquire into the charges levelled against the petitioner. No interim order was granted to the petitioner in this writ petition. None appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this writ petition even in the revised call.
In view of the aforesaid, I do not find any good reason to interfere with the impugned order. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed.
