This contempt application has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 9.10.2007 in Civil Misc.Writ Petition No.50198 of 2007 (Km. Radhika Chauhan v. State of U.P. and others).
By the aforesaid order, the writ Court directed the representation of the applicant to be decided by a reasoned and speaking order.
