Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Amol Ranjan holding brief of Sri M.N. Singh, learned counsel for the University.
This Court vide order dated 15.11.2019 directed the learned Standing Counsel to seek instructions in the matter as to why the University has not completed the verification exercise.
Learned counsel for the University on instructions submits that the verification of the petitioner has been completed and in this regard, he has passed a letter of the Examination Controller, Dr. Bheemrao Ambedkar University, Agra which is taken on record.
According to the said letter, the verification would be sent to the concerned department by the University.
Since the grievance of the petitioner is satisfied and no cause of action survives, therefore, the writ petition is dismissed.
