Petitioner is working as Assistant Teacher in Shri Vidya Mandir Inter College Hamirpur, District Hamirpur. One Smt. Ranjana Katiyar who was working as Lecturer Biology was transferred on 2.7.2019, and upon transfer of Ranjana Katiyar, the post of Lecturer Biology fell vacant. According to the petitioner the said post falls within 50% quota and the petitioner is eligible for being promoted. Petitioner in this regard has submitted application dated 25.7.2019 to the Manager of the Shri Vidya Mandir Inter College Hamirpur, District Hamirpur but he has not paid any heed to the said application. Petitioner has also made representation to District Inspector of Schools, Hamirpur, U.P. on 24.10.2019 by registered post but he has also not paid any attention to representation dated 24.10.2019.
Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before District Inspector of Schools, Hamirpur, respondent no.4 raising all his grievances within a period of two weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, respondent no.4 shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law within a period of two months thereafter.
