Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing of the present writ petition, the Director of Education (Secondary) has passed an order which the petitioner wants to challenge and thus the writ petition be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh.
Thus for the reasons given aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
