The dispute raised in this writ petition is with regard to a private committee of management of an institution. The petitioner has not been able to show violation of any statutory rules or Government Orders, which give right to the petitioner to come to this Court. This appears to be a private dispute, therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable.
It is dismissed.
