Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1, 2 & 5, and Sri A.K. Singh, learned counsel for respondent nos.3 and 4.
At the very outset, learned counsel for respondent nos.3 and 4 submits that petitioner has no locus to file the present writ petition as he is only a complainant and he is not at all prejudiced by the appointment of respondent no.6.
Petitioner is only a resident of village Uska Bazar (Sardar Patel Nagar Ward No.10) Post and Police Station Uska Bazar, District Siddharth Nagar and he is not at all prejudiced by the appointment of respondent no.6 as none of his rights have been violated by the appointment of respondent no.6. Thus, the petitioner has no locus to file the present writ petition.
For the reasons given above, the writ petition lacks merit and is accordingly, dismissed .
