Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that subsequent to filing of the writ petition, the State of U.P. has issued a Government Order dated 31.10.2019 whereby a general order has been passed restraining the appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher in Junior High Schools and he wants to challenge the said Government Order and prays that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh petition.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
