Heard Sri Satendra Kumar Mishra, Advocate holding brief of Sri A.N. Mishra, learned counsel for the revisionist and Sri Pankaj Bharti, learned counsel for the opposite party.
Present revision has been filed by the revisionist against the order dated 21.12.2001 passed by Special Judge/Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarnagar acquitting the opposite party nos.1 to 8 in Sessions Trial No.1041 of 1998, State versus Hari Om and others, under Sections 147, 148, 302/149, 308/149, 323/149 I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that against the impugned order, Government Appeal No.1436 of 2002 filed by the State has already been dismissed vide order dated 19.3.2004 and this criminal revision has been filed by the revisionist against the same impugned order.
Learned counsel for the revisionist could not dispute the aforesaid facts.
In view thereof, this criminal revision is dismissed.
