The Court passed the following order on 2.7.2019:
“ Heard Sri Jitendra Kumar, Advocate holding brief of Sri Dharam Pal Singh, Advocate, learned counsel for the petitioner.
This Court vide order dated 06.03.2019 issued fresh notices to the opposite parties.
Pursuant to the aforesaid order, office has submitted a report dated 01.07.2019 indicating therein that notice issued to opposite party no. 1 has been received back unserved with report of the C.J.M. Aligarh.
The report of the C.J.M., Aligarh mentions that the address of opposite party no. 1, as mentioned in the memo of criminal revision, is incorrect, as the opposite party no. 1 is not residing at the aforesaid address.
As such, the revisionist is directed to supply the correct address of opposite party no. 1 within a period of two weeks.
List after two weeks. ”
There is nothing on record to show that learned counsel for the revisionist has complied with the order dated 2.7.2019. Accordingly, the revision is dismissed for want of prosecution.
