1. Called in revise. None appeared to press this revision. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.

1. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by the judgments and orders dated 24.06.1989 and 26.03.1990. The Munsif Magistrate Kairana (Special Judicial Magistrate, Economic Offences, Kairana) vide judgment and order dated 24.06.1989 passed in Case no.403/9-86 of 1986 convicted and sentenced revisionist to undergo one year rigorous imprisonment with fine Rs.1000/- for offence under Section 7/16 of Prevention of Food Adulteration Act and in case of default in payment of fine, further to undergo two months rigorous imprisonment. Thereagainst, revisionist preferred Criminal Appeal No.31 of 1989 before Court of III Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarnagar, and Appellate Court while dismissing appeal vide judgment and order dated 26.03.1990 confirmed order of conviction passed by Trial Court. Being aggrieved the revisionist preferred present revision.

1. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.

1. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

1. The accused, Kesho Ram is on bail. His bail bond and surety bond are cancelled. The Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned shall cause him to be arrested and lodged in jail to serve out the sentence passed against him. The compliance shall be prepared within two months.
