Called in revised. None appeared to press this revision. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.

This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by the judgments and orders dated 07.05.1987 and 29.10.1987. The Munsif Magistrate I, Etawah in Criminal Case No.1870 of 1986 convicted revisionist for offences under Sections 279 and 304-A IPC and sentenced him to undergo three years rigorous imprisonment on each of the two counts. Thereagainst, revisionist preferred Criminal Appeal No.63 of 1987 and Appellate Court while dismissing appeal vide judgment and order dated 29.10.1987 confirmed order of conviction passed by Trial Court. Being aggrieved the revisionist preferred present revision.

Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.

Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

The accused, Sughar Singh is on bail. His bail bonds and surety bonds are cancelled. The Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned shall cause him to be arrested and lodged in jail to serve out the sentence passed against him. The compliance shall be prepared within two months.
