Called in revise. None appeared to press this revision. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.

This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 03.09.1998 passed by 12^th Additional Sessions Judge, Agra. The Judicial Magistrate Second, Agra vide order dated 09.01.1998 convicted revisionists and sentenced them to undergo one year rigorous imprisonment with fine of Rs. 1000/each under Section 147 IPC and six months rigorous imprisonment with fine of Rs. 500/- under Section 323 IPC. Thereagainst, revisionists preferred Criminal Appeal No. 15 of 1998 and Appellate Court while allowing appeal partly confirmed order of conviction passed by Trial Court but modified by the sentence under Section 147 IPC from one year rigorous imprisonment to six months simple imprisonment and the sentence awarded under Section 323 IPC was confirmed. Being aggrieved the revisionists preferred present revision.

Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.

Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
