This appeal was filed by three appellants, namely, Tursi son of Shiv Charan; Omkar son of Shiv Charan; and Ram Chandra son of Uttam against judgment and order dated 15.05.1992 passed by Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Budaun in Session Trial No.174 of 1989.
On 11.07.2019, notices were issued to the appellants to engage another counsel.
Pursuant to the order dated 11.07.2019, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budaun has submitted a report dated 14.08.2019 that all the above three appellants have expired. The report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned is accompanied by documents as also the statement of the witnesses who have deposed about the death of the aforesaid appellants.
In view of the above, the appeal stands abated.
