This appeal has been filed by Deo Dhar Rai against the judgment and order dated 12.05.1993 passed by Additional Sessions Judge (Special Judge), Azamgarh in S.T. No.339 of 1985.
As, on 01.08.2019, none had appeared on behalf of the appellant to press the appeal, bailable warrant was issued to the appellant, fixing 05th September, 2019.
Pursuant to the above order, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Azamgarh has submitted a report that the sole appellant (Deo Dhar Rai) has died on 29.06.2017. The death certificate of Deo Dhar Rai son of Sarjoo Rai has been enclosed with the report. The report is accompanied by other documents as well.
In view of the above, the appeal stands abated.
