This appeal was filed by Het Ram and Tulsi Ram, both sons of Har Dayal against judgment and order dated 26.08.1993 passed by the IInd Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Farrukhabad in Sessions Trial No. 499 of 1987.
On 11.07.2019, as no one had appeared on behalf of the appellants, bailable warrants were issued to the appellants.
Pursuant to the order dated 11.07.2019, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Farrukhabad has submitted a report dated 27th August, 2019, in which, it is stated that both the appellants have died. The report is accompanied by necessary documents as well as statements of the witnesses who have deposed about the death of the appellants.
In view of the above, the appeal stands abated.
