This appeal was filed by Veer Singh against the judgment and order dated 18.11.1993 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge Mahoba, District Hamirpur in S.T. No. 60 of 1992.
On 07.08.2019, following order was passed:
"The case has been called out. No one has appeared on behalf of the appellant to press the appeal.
This appeal was admitted on 09.12.1993 and the appellant was released on bail on executing a personal bond and furnishing adequate sureties to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hamirpur.
As already sufficient time has passed since the admission of the appeal and no one has appeared on behalf of the appellant, we deem it appropriate to issue bailable warrants to the appellant, fixing 12th September, 2019.
List on 12th September, 2019.
