Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri B.B. Pandey, learned Chief Standing Counsel.
The applicant is before this Court against the wilful defiance of the order dated 31.7.2017 passed in Writ-A No.32294 of 2017 (Sri Narendra Singh v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
In response to the order dated 9.5.2019, Shri B.B. Pandey, learned Chief Standing Counsel has placed the instructions dated 8th May, 2019 sent by the opposite party informing that the writ Court order in question has been complied with and the benefit of Third Assured Career Progression (ACP) has been extended to the applicant.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this application and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged.
