Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on the basis of instruction dated 1.5.2019 sent by the opposite party states that the claim set by the applicant has been decided. The instruction is taken on record. Copy of the instruction is given to learned counsel for the applicant.
It is evident from the instruction that the order has been complied with.
Consequently nothing further survives and the contempt application is disposed of.
It is, however, clarified that this order shall not preclude the applicant to assail the validity of the said order before the appropriate forum.
