In response to the order dated 19.4.2019, Sri Devesh Vikram, learned Standing Counsel has placed the detailed instruction dated 14.5.2019 sent by Deputy Registrar Firms, Societies and Chits and as such, he submits that in response to the order of Writ Court, electoral college has already been finalised and the election is scheduled to be held on 19.5.2019. Copy of the instruction is taken on record.
In the facts and circumstances, the Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the contempt proceedings.
Consequently, the present contempt application stands disposed of . Notice is discharged.
