The instant bail application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicants in Case Crime No. 386 of 2019, under Sections 323, 504, 308, 325 I.P.C., Police Station Sachendi, District- Kanpur Nagar.
The prayer for anticipatory bail is clearly misconceived bearing in mind the nature of injuries which are evidenced from the medical report.
The Application is consequently rejected .
