Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Radeheyshyam Maurya, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in the Case Crime No.239 of 2019, under Sections 498A, 352, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, police station Kotwali Koch, District Jalaun.
The applicant who is a husband and a co-accused has petitioned this Court for grant of anticipatory bail. The Court notes that the marriage is stated to have been solemnised on 20 April 2018 whereafter the wife was forced to abandon her marital home in March 2019 on account of continued demand of dowry. In that view of the matter, the Court finds no ground to grant the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicant.
The instant application consequently stands rejected .
