Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No. 401 of 2019, under Sections 363, 376 IPC and Section 3/4 Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act 2012, police station Rampur Karkhana, District Deoria.
Bearing in mind the seriousness of the allegations which stand levelled and have been duly corroborated by the victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the Court finds no ground for according the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicant. The prayer so made is refused.
The application consequently stands rejected .
