Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant bail application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicants in Case Crime No. 518 of 2019, under Sections 379 I.P.C., Police Station Munda Pandey, District- Moradabad.
For the purposes of evaluating the prayer for anticipatory bail, the Court notes that two prior criminal cases exist, in which the applicant has been arraigned as an accused. Those two cases also place the allegation of commission of offences under Section 379 and 411 I.P.C.
In view of the above, the Court finds no ground to accord the facility of interim anticipatory bail to the applicant.
The Application is consequently rejected .
