Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No. 184 of 2019, under Sections 408 I.P.C., police station Rasra, District Ballia.
The Court finds itself unable to countenance the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail bearing in mind the fact that it is not disputed that the keys were handed over to the applicant and it is during the stint when he was in control of the office premises that the theft is stated to have occurred. Although it is alleged that the mobile phones were recovered from the house of the relative of one Ramesh, another employee, presently the cash of Rs. 2,10,000/- is yet to be recovered. Consequently the Court finds no ground to accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicant. The prayer so made is refused.
The application consequently stands rejected .
