Heard Sri Yadvendra Kumar Yadav, holding brief of Sri Raj Karan Yadav,learned counsel for the petitioners.
The petitioners have preferred the present writ petition challenging the order dated 16.12.2016 passed by the Trial Court as well as order dated 6.1.2017 by the Revisional Court.
No interim order was granted by this Court when the writ petition was entertained.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he confined his relief only to the extent that the proceedings pending before the Trial Court be decided expeditiously.
The Civil Suit was filed by the petitioner in the year 1992. The same is pending consideration before the trial Court for the last more than 27 years.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court below is directed to decide Civil Suit No.121 of 1992 (Siyaram and another Vs. Ramraksha and others) expeditiously, if possible, within a period of six months.
Parties are directed not to take any unnecessary adjournment in the matter.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
