Sri Mahendra Singh, learned counsel for the respondents is present.
The petitioners have preferred the present writ petition challenging the order dated 19.8.2016 passed by the District Judge, Kushinagar.
Although, the writ petition was duly entertained and a detail order was passed on 9.9.2016 but no interim order was granted in favour of the petitioners.
It is contended by Sri Mahendra Singh, learned counsel for the respondent that during the pendency of the writ petition, an application for compromise No.118 Ka was filed by the parties before the Court below. The said compromise application which was submitted before the Court on 8.11.2016 has been accepted by the trial Court and the matter was finally decided in terms of the compromise application vide judgement and decree dated 12.11.2016.
In view of the same, nothing remains to survive in the present writ petition and no relief could be granted to the petitioner. The writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
